In the states, The Obama’s healed us with not just their love, which don’t get us wrong, always reminds us of the type of love that is worth coveting, but for the love that spills over into everything they do: family, community, and the country (even when it’s at peak dumpster fire). We would all fare better if we adapted 1% more Obama-core. Oh and Happy Juneteenth to Black people only…white people, you should prob pick up that extra shift.

As someone who has dabbled in acupuncture, Chinese herbs and other Eastern medicine practices with mind-blowing results (it was the only thing that healed a year of undiagnosable pain), diving into Ayurveda is next on the health and wellness journey. I love how every body is treated as unique and its connection to all the elements found in nature because NATURE HEALS US!!!
